		Layi Babatunde, SAN, ACTI, MNIM is a practising Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, with over two decades of law practice experience. He heads the Law firm of Layi Babatunde & Co.; Barristers & Solicitors; Chartered Tax Practitioners and Notaries Public; a firm established in 1984. He was confered with the rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) on 13th of September 2004. He is Editor-in-Chief/CEO of Lawbreed Limited, publishers of Judgemnets of the Supreme Court of Nigeria (S.C. Report) (Published on the authority of the Supreme Court of Nigeria) . He has authored other Law publications , covering Practice and Procedure (Civil), Criminal and Law Procedure, and Land Law. He is married to Adejoke, a lawyer and is blessed with four children.


	Barrister (Mrs.) Adejoke Layi-Babatunde, LL.B, B.L, an alumnus of University of Ife, now Obafemi Awolowo University, is the Managing Editor of Lawbreed Limited (Publishers of S. C. Report) She has at various times worked with the Nigerian Industrial Development Bank as well as some other law firms. A resourceful Mrs. Babatunde also doubles as the Director of Lawbreed Limited. She is married to Layi Babatunde SAN. with 4 children.
