This Volume is an attempt to bring into focus, by way of a quick reference guide, the several decisions of the Supreme Court of Nigeria; on the very important subject of Right to Fair Hearing. This is no doubt a very important subject, as a breach of it, renders the proceedings a nullity, no matter how otherwise well conducted. While the cases may not be exhaustive, the decisions captured are no doubt authoritative, coming from Nigeria’s highest Court.
